We are delighted to present the retreat we have been preparing together for several weeks:

three days in the north of Île de Ré, in a family home 300 meters from the sea, for a real somatic reset.

We wanted to create a simple, human and deeply regenerating space.

For 3 days & 2 nights, in a small group (5 to 8 people), you will experience:

Somatic yoga, Forest bathing, Cold Atlantic swims, Meditation at the Beach, Breathing, grounding, integration.

With Local vegetarian meals (Andrea) & Natural photos of the weekend (Andrea)

And above all:
a space to let go of your burdens, slow down, find a clear grounding and leave with a new way of inhabiting your body.
You will leave with: greater inner stability, simple tools for regulation, a calmer nervous system… and photos that capture your true presence.
